Family Board Game Ideas for Christmas

Great Family Board Game Ideas … and just in time for Christmas too!

Of course, Board Games are not just for Christmas, they are for all-year-round, but one of the best things about Christmas time, is it gives us some serious time-out of our everyday lives and gives us, our family a chance to connect and the one thing our family loves to do is have a proper board-game fueled afternoon or two … Not that we are competitive at all, but Christmas coming is the reason I thought I’d share these board game ideas now!

Obviously, board games bring us all together, creating quality (and sometimes a loud) time together, but for the younger children, it can also bring some educational teachings, which is always an added bonus! So, whether it's gathering around the dining table or huddling on the living room floor, in a world dominated by screens and digital interaction, board games offer a refreshing break that allows us to re-connect once again. So if family board games is not already your thing, then why don’t you give it ago, just watch out for the competitive streak’s within, because it can sometimes get a bit ugly!

*A little tip, make sure all rules are agreed before you start to play! All members of our family love to win, so you can imagine how that sometimes pans out!!
