Things for Kids in Kent & Me.

When I moved to Kent with my daughter a few years ago & since having our son, I found it really difficult to find activities available for me to do with my children. I had to make new Mummy friends & start over again.

So far, my career has been working with young people & families in many educational & project based settings. In the last 20 years I have started a radio station for young people, co-ordinated a webcasting project, organised a music festival, run charity events, started a roadshow & facilitated many training courses, I have worked in youth work settings, primary & secondary schools & colleges. My biggest working ethos is always about engaging young people, so they see their own self worth & to encourage young people to follow their dreams & learn that anything is possible.

I am pretty sure this is why I am extremely passionate about families spending time together & having fun, which in turn builds confidence in children & within the family unit. I strongly believe that confident children lead on to becoming successful people & I am very much about that!

Weirdly, I have also built many websites & it seems I am quite good at getting up Google so to speak. 

I have been really active with finding fun things for us to do as a family, yet struggled to find different options available to us.  After some research, it turns out the main issues businesses were facing, were not having enough time to cover their own social media & also their beautiful websites were just not being found, so I thought I would put my passion and skills together to see if I can help ...
