Things for kids in Kent are pleased to be able to bring to you Buckmore Park Karting who not only offer fantastic karting opportunities to adults, but to the kids too, on both their Circuits.

Buckmore Park is an iconic outdoor kart circuit located in Chatham, Kent. In 2015, ownership was taken over by John Surtees & is continued to be owned by his family. The track has won many awards over the years, the most recent being "Certificate of Excellence 2017", "Circuit of The Year 2016", & "Certificate of Excellence 2016".

In the last couple of years, Buckmore Park has seen many new & exciting changes, they have introduced a new fleet of karts, foam barriers have been installed, Tarmac has been re-surfaced & they now have new catering & cafe facilities.

Buckmore Park offer many different opportunities for adults & children. There are Sprint & Endurance Races, they hold various corporate & charity events & have amazing meeting facilities & a licensed bar, with in-house catering options for your team training days or even your hen & stag do's.

For Children & families, you are able to pre-book single karting sessions or there are many other options available. These include:

Karting Parties:

"For boys or girls a go karting party at Buckmore will be a day to remember. Karting parties incorporate fun races for 8-11 year olds and timed sessions for 12-15 year olds".

8 - 11 Year Olds: Groups of 6-10, using 20mph Petrol Karts = 400m Club Circuit.

12 - 15 Year Olds: Groups of 6-10, using 40mph Petrol Karts = 600m National Circuit.

Family Days:

All the family can enjoy karting sessions on the main circuits on which World Champion Lewis Hamilton honed his skills as a youngster.

Groups are for: 8-11 Year olds, 12-15 Year olds & 16 years old & over.

Thrill Rides:

10 Lap Thrill Ride in a 60mph Twin Seater Kart - (Minimum Height - 4ft '2 (127cm).

Kart Training & Clubs:

Bambino Training & Bambino Practice & Training - (6-7 Years Old)

Juniors = Introductory & Advanced Kart Training, Junior Rookie Race Meets & Junior Club - All suitable for kids aged 8-15 Years old.
